How can I acquire full ownership of the property?
When a co-owner decides to sell their share, we offer it to the other co-owners first, in case they wish to purchase it. If the listing is still available and unowned, we would be delighted to sell the entire property to you.
What is the maximum number of shares that I can own?
When a co-owner is ready to sell their share, we offer it to the other co-owners first, should they wish to buy it. For fair usage, please note that the maximum number of shares you can own in a co-owned property is limited to four.
